  In 1958 my father Hans Sauter (Carl Sauter Pianofortemanufaktur, Spaichingen, Germany) manufactured the microtone pianos for Julian Carillo, which he introduced in at the World Expo in Brussels.
  Upon increasing demand we decided recently to produce a small series of microtone pianos (1/16 of tone)in our factory and so far we sold a couple of these remarkable pianos to several conservatories and other institutes (Paris, Berne, Zürich etc.)
